Pros

Location tracking works great for the most part except for when the watch goes in places without good cell reception. Gps is pretty accurate. Not perfect, but fits our needs.

It is modern and sleek, not too bulky, but durable. It takes pictures, which my kid loves.

The girls love the ability to track thier steps and it has turned into a nightly competition to see who has the most steps. The school mode is awesome. Though my kid sometimes trigger the emergency without notifying.

Cons

Only positive i would give is the communicator seemed to work. The location only updates every 15 minutes. Location tracking is completely broken.

The sound on the first watch was garbled. Calls are very choppy and barely usable. The call is grainy and faded.

Cosmo stinks in customer service. Hence, i believe the company should revamp the packaging experience.

They shuffle you around by making it seem they are troubleshooting errors and have you restart the watch repetitively. Also the gps on this device is always off.

These watches have been great so far, 4 months use.

The location isn’t always accurate and the battery life lasts like 8 hours max when they’re using it at all, which is a huge bummer.

Cons: the call quality is very choppy and almost unusable.

99 a mth plan , which is perfect for my 10 yr old grandson!

Gps, long lasting battery, great price for the limited features it offers.

U have to pay monthly for the phone plan so ur all aware i picked the $9.
