The cord is durable, and thick. Does the job well and has durability. I hope the new one lasts just as long.

If i turn the plug over, it charges intermittently. Malfunctioning with a continuous 2 second cycle of on/off. There is times whereu s8 ultra would disconnect and the cable would not reset and continue charging my device.

The outside jacket is very coarse (not a tight weave) and seems to snag things. Go get some baseus cables for around the same price for a pack of 2, those work flawlessly with every type c device and protocol.

For me it was total garbage. Highly disappointed, and this is getting returned asap. Would not order again. It is past the amount of time to send back to amazon.
