While i was able to use a usbc cable i had with the charger it worked fine but it then took over one of my usbc ports which i use for connecting a keyboard and iphone charger and other peripherals

My daughter just got an 1534 macbook air m3 and was slightly disappointed with the magsafe charging cable that went straight out from the side her old macbook pro had a magsafe connector that went straight back

This right angle magsafe 3 cable solves a problem that ive had since buying my macbook pro m1 air m2 i kept accidentally disconnecting the power cords while using or moving them on the table

I love magsafe but it needed to be stronger so those frequent disconnects arent as frequent

I connected the magsafe connector to my macbook air 15 m2 version and it immediately bonged and started charging all the way to full when the builtin led in the connector changed from amber to green

The connector on the computer end of the cable is larger than the standard apple connector so if you have a plastic cover on your macbook it might fit only in one direction but that is easy to live with
