I have tried a few other solutions like two 90 degree connections, a 90 degree connection that aligns longitudinally with the sd.
Competitiveness
I upgraded to an ally and plan to outfit it with jsaux accessories once more become available.
No issues at all maintaining 30w turbo mode etc, with this adapter in use.

I had a 90degree usbc adapter for my ally but it still left the charging cable running out of the back of my console

Just… no…anyway the jsaux adapter pack works a treat and now i can have the usb type c cable trailing down naturally from the system

I have the jsaux case on my steam deck and it is worth mentioning that there will be a clearance issue with the stand attachment installed
