Pros

Fan is a must buy for all steamdeck owners! The case is nice. The grip texture is good and gives me confidence that i can hold on to the steamdeck. The attachment rail on the back adds versatility that no other case has.

Jsaux steam deck case is a solid option for protecting your device. It offers good protection against dirt dog fur and drops. It's best to pay the few extra bucks for the added benefit of protection.

This case definitely is t what i’d consider the “cheapest option” by any means. The battery pack is great but i think the attachment needs a rework as it's a annoying and fiddly.

Cons

Don't buy this garbage. The case is much thinner than the one i was using and clearly less shock absorbing. The dock cannot support both charging and hdmi output like i expected. The power bank i currently use is a bit too bulky and heavy.

The texture of the grips is something too important to get wrong, and it feels very wrong here. It feels like sandpaper. Moving from joysticks to the control pad or *, or using the haptic pads, any amount of adjustment to reach anything results in my ... Read More

The hard case cover eliminates any worry i have that it will be damaged when i pack it up to travel with.

Competitiveness

The price compared to the dbrand case is outstanding and the quality is on par with it.

Beyond that, you can't beat this quality for the price.

I bought a different brand that was cheaper and that one wasn't nearly as nice as this.
