Pros
The only limitation is the position because it connects to the left corner of the dashboard monitor. Once installed the arm can be moved either horizontal or vertical. It can be easily removed by loosening the knobs.
Quality and thought put into this product justify the cost. Convenience and peace of mind it offers are worth every penny. And also included a cushion replacement.
Cons
This mount is not usable unless there's a way to reattach the magnet so it's more permanent.

Other thoughtsthe down side to using a magnet for me is that it wont stay adhered to my style phone case and its not strong enough if i put in under the cover

I have another mount that uses the same size ball joint as on the arm of this product

I swapped the magnet attachment out with a four corner style that grips it

After switching my phone case to something with less grip i noticed my phone would slide into the charging pad and start charging
