Because of this a normal computer mouse can be very uncomfortable to hold for long periods and can severely aggravate my rsi whilst working

I have rather large hands and at times it means that i press the page up and down buttons when i dont mean to these are located where your thumb goes my fingers also hang off the front of the mouse which makes it difficult to use the scroller these little things can get really annoying at times so i do not recommend buying if you have large hands
