Pros

Upgraded from a 6 year old 36 oz hydro flask. This jug is big, but it does its job keeping hubby's ice water cold all day at work. These gallon * are perfect for us and we highly recommend.

Handle is sturdy, no leaks and super easy to clean. The lid is a little flimsy but it works well. The handle feels very sturdy. It's durable, with no leaks or any handles breaking etc.

Purchased 2 rtic 1gal * for camping. Variety of colors is quite nice to personalize even if it is just cosmetic.

Cons

The spout on the lid is about as big around as a dime. Leaks often unless a ton of force is applied.

The top pops off all the time. The metal handle makes a metal on metal scraping noise at the connection to the lid.

Very quickly i was taking to work because it keeps my water cold and refreshing all day.

I am a little disappointed i spent that much on this product for it to arrive dented, but i won’t hold it against the company!
