Very happy with the quality of juice and the ability to juice just about any vegetable and fruit easily.
The juice quality is so great, pulp free, that kids are able to enjoy the fresh juices rather than store bought sugar laden ones.
The two-year (expandable to 3-year) warranty i guess is a reflection of how confident the manufacturer is on the quality of the appliance.
This juicer works great, very easy to clean, produces great tasting juices,.

And if you are looking to upgrade, this is well worth the price.
Packaging/appearance
We have had a couple of instances where it clogged with wheat grass and the discharge chute popped off the body.
Competitiveness
This juicer is like a cross of a centrifugal and a slow masticating juicer.
The 600ml juice cup, which comes with it, is perfect for obtaining, measuring & pouring your creations.
I have been wanting to purchase a masticating juicer for a while now, so i did plenty of research beforehand.
This is my first experience with a masticating machine.
