My wife is finally cleared for exercise and now at a point where she was able to try jumping rope again she had been literally offer her foot for 5 months and inching back slowly

We both use a jump rope from time to time but our apartment has low ceilings making jumping inside difficult

But also we have a digital version that does not have a rope the floors are cement with no padding how they didn’t put a pad down i’ll never know
