I keep a larger capacity water bottle at work but i find i actually drink more if im drinking from a cup that has a more manageable amount of water in it and then refill it than when im drinking from a massive cup with a ton of water in it as i find myself thinking about how much further i have to go before its empty and that i dont want to keep drinking any longer
