Pros
For the price, these offer fantastic value, good sound and good durability. Sad that these have been discontinued. Workmanship as good or even better than sennheiser ear buds.
These earbuds are the best for runners that i have tried to date. They fit comfortably under a beanie too. The color is a little off from the pic, but doesn't seem to bother him.
They last a while if you treat them right, and mine would last even longer if i didn't bend the actual port plug-in part of the cords. Even with how much i bend them around my ipod, they still continue to last for several months!
The gumy buds are also very clear and last quite a long time. The buds also have a good, minimalist look to them. Ear buds always annoy me, but these are the best i have ever used. A little tough keeping it in ear while excercising.
Cons
They are extremely painful and the effects of the bass booster are awful. They are not small enough to fit in my ear holes and they fall out quite easily. Not the real jvc ear buds.

Sometimes i like to switch up, the sound quality is great as well.
These ear buds do not fall out during a workout or a long run, the sound quality is great, and i love all the colors to choose from!
I mostly use these to watch movies on my ipod touch, so amazing sound quality isn't what i'm after.

Price
Considering they cost $5-10, each pair has lasted me at least a year before i notice any problems.
And they cost less here than in local stores.
Opting for the more expensive pairs for me, is not worth the price.
Shipping
I tend to go through other headphones pretty fast, as most brands seem to fall apart fast.
Amazing audio and came really fast and on time!

Highs are too harsh for almost all german ear buds under 40u getting 4 the same sound as german sennheiser ear buds payin four times less

There is a huge issue they blast sound almost everyone around you can hear the music playing

Compared to the standard earbuds that apple ships their idevices with pretty much anything is better but after buying my first pair of gumys i really wont go with anything else for earbuds
