As others have stated the initial sound is a bit tinny and overlytreble like

But with time it seems like the ear buds mellow and the sound is incredible given the size and price range of these buds

The wire must fall straight down and the little tab you see fits horizontally towards the cheekbone

Its hard to explain but without having those awful spongysquishy type coverings these buds fit securely and comfortably in the ear canal

These are the only earbuds that i have used that never ever fall out of my ear when sweatingor running

I will say that the design does work well as they do not fall out of my ear as much they still do when working out
