Highlights
Quality
Would definitely highly recommend this super high quality pair of over the ear headphones.
They have very good sound quality, they are comfortable, and they are easy to control.
Each button press results in a "beep" through both ear pieces, at a delay.

Price
The price ranges are $150-110 in that order.
I just feel they are maybe a bit overpriced.
Packaging/appearance
These are nicely packaged and come with great instructions.
Jvc must recognize this because they have included an extra yellow paper in the box that repeats the information in the owner’s guide.
Competitiveness
The jvc ha-np50t costs $50 less than the openfit and is a good value.
So right away these are both in ear buds so they will not have the same sound, don't compare them to in ear buds.
As compared to my apple airpods (2nd gen).
The jvc ha-np50t earphone is not as flexible as the shokz openfit.
