Very crisp and clear. The sound quality is passable, and they sound better if you turn up the volume a bit. Sound quality is very good and seems unaffected by sweat.
The ear loops fit snugly, but comfortably. The magnet built into earpiece is super convenient & doesn't make wear uncomfortable. The unit fits comfortably over the ear and is held securely.

The headphones is a micro usb connector to charge, which is similar to other bluetooth headphones. First bluetooth headphones that i have gotten that fit good.
Cons
Bluetooth connection is troublesome with iphone. Bad bluetooth connection causes the music to develop a skip that will happen every minute or so. The mic doesn't work and the battery live isn't great.

Overall, a fairly good set of headphones/earphones for the price.
Great for the price, with solid battery life, good sound, minimal sound spillage, and a snug fit that works fine with glasses.
These are very good for the price point.
For $45 ear buds, i expected a bit more.

Ive gone through probably a pair a year of bluetooth waterproof earbuds over the last 4 years

The last set mpow flame cheaper and much dinkier i had were at the same waterproof rating and got water in the controls the first time i took a shower with them
