The for $100. No injuries or trauma. bought in august. Zero issues other wise and is a jam up product. Just a note to make sure to install the lift rod and retaining ring properly.

Deta smart home app for powerpoint etc that you get at bunnings. Easy install, easy to manage and operate. App set up is easy and you have a ton of options for schedules with the app.
