Pros
X fits well, a touch large and the sleeves are a little longer than i need. Xl fits just right. The sleeves are good and long ( which can be a problem for me ) and the xl is big enough for a sweater underneath.
The fabric is very sturdy and the jacket has a lining so it's warm. The inside is softer than i could of imagined. It's warm and comfy. The outer material seems very durable.
As soon as i opened the package, i was like holy cow, this is too nice for raking leaves. And it's washable! If you touch any part of the jacket to anything you will get it dirty.
Cons
Reviewer said it fit great, i am literally those exact measurements and i can't even get the zipper to touch. The coat itself is good and warm, but the zipper to close it is a piece of trash!

Not sure what is happening but it took very little time to get a white chalky looking substance all over it
