They seem to be a very good quality and screw on easily with no roughness that's normally associated with cheaper step up rings.
These k&f step up rings work great.
Aluminum ones are a little more prone to seizing if tightened too much so do be careful.
At least there isn't much play in the threads, which means that it was manufactured with good tolerances.

Price was very reasonable especially for the quality product i received.

It is a pair of the same sized step up rings

Useful for sure if you want to step up multiple lenses of the same filter size to a larger size but otherwise youll just end up with an extra
