They all have had their own heating pad for years and they have been like the ones i just bought from you.
We have four pet beds from this brand and all of them have been wonderful our cats absolutely love them they don't get too hot.
I needed something that would stay on all day and not shut off automatically.
They do not get hot, my experience is when they're not on them they are barely warm, more cool, they get warm(er) when they are laid on.

It's covered by blankets inside a makeshift box/shelter but it's still good that it's waterproof just in case.
