It's like a cozy waterbed for my dog. My puppy loves it, and even me myself love it as well. I highly recommend to anyone with a dog that has a thick coat!
It just feel soooo comfortable and cool. It is the only cooling pad that works. It provides a bit of cushioning and also stays cooler than the black rubber floor.

Thick and durable. Easy to clean and so far has not leaked at all. They are easy to wipe down and clean.
Cons
Terrible design. Not from the cap or the seams, but from the two round circular spots printed or embossed on the front. My coworker also has one of these only hers leaked along with not working. This item leaks everywhere.

I cannot speak to how durable it is or the longevity of the product as i just received it today, but we will see!
I have a geriatric dog who does not do well with the summer heat, and sadly my apartment does not have central air conditioning.

While i’m sure the other dog cooling pads on the market are safe i just don’t know what the gels are made of and if my dog will be laying on the mat for long periods of time or what could happen if she licks up anything that leaks out of in case of an accidental tear

This could be because i’ve unintentionally filled the mat too much and caused slits to form along the sides or i’ve simply moved it around too much around the house
