Box also has to be cut open due to glue everywhere so it can't be returned. The warming pad is a small plug in heating pad and the springs for the batteries pop out of the heartbeat mechanism when i tried to put batteries in!

The heated bed is perfect to keep her off the cold tile floor and the heartbeat pillow has stopped the night time crying.
On the flip side it heats well and the heart beat seems calming to my pup.
But it's a great bed and well made .
The heat control is very low and at first i thought it wasn’t warm enough but she loves it so, i love it too

She didnt seem to like the heartbeat pillow but loves getting into her toasty bed at night
