Pros
They are very sturdy even though a raccoon is trying to disassemble the roof on one. It's also extremely sturdy just for cats. Easily to assemble, my cats just love it.
This is useful, and i like the fact that it's heated. It keeps them much warmer in the colder months. I have an outdoor warming pad that i will insert when the temps get a little colder.
K & h is the third time i have bought from this company. This is far superior to what i expected. It reminds me of old victorian wallpaper.
This house is unheated, but my pet heating pillow fits in nicely with no issues with the wire. My quartet of porch cats are no strangers to sub-freezing temperatures.
It looks exactly as pictured. My cats love it, even when it is unplugged i catch them sleeping in it.
Cons
Was not new velcro barely keeps together would not reccomend. Over priced. The 2nd story sits in a little cubby, bad idea for water!

It may not be the best house of your pets but because its made for outdoor use to help stray animals during bad weather.
Price
I wish you could have a choice to not purchase the cat dishes and drop the price
It is a little expensive at $90 buck, but is seems really well made.
