Then a few days later the water was very cold but not frozen so i thought it wasnt working but after checking it the next morning when it got below freezing the water wasnt frozen and in fact the water was a little warm so it was actually working

If it had some kind of indicator in the power line or on the device showing the water temp or that it was actually working it would clear up some confusion about it

I had had an issue one time with my tank heater and kh’s customer service is unmatched and even replaced mine when it was over the 2 month warranty
