Pros

Kydex material and metal rivet closures along the sides. My old sheath had a weird rubber clip that was impossible to use. Enjoy the ka-bar brand.

Leather usmc sheath is a fine piece of gear. The sheffield has a flimsy sheath, so this sheath just made that knife much more usable. I have no idea how sturdy or durable it'll be yet.

The knife clicks in to the sheath and is also secured with a snap strap around the handle.

Cons

Anybody who sells universal tactical sheaths has absolutely no business making anything tactical for anybody but the airsoft community. I hope someone working at ka-bar sees this review, and takes action to remedy the problem. It is obvious that the s... Read More

This sheath is made for a newer model ka-bar and is not kydex but a glass nylon mix. It has belt loop only and no straps down the length of the back. The width of the sheath was more for a dagger. Also, the snap loop is slightly too small.
