I wish all becker knives came with the clear finish option.
I prefer the clearcoat over the black.
Kabar quality is hard to beat for the price.
The becker knife is so good that it deserves five stars even with the mediocre sheath, however.
Competitiveness
It compares rather poorly to the trailmaster's excellent kydex sheath.
If you like big beasty knives you can't go wrong with this one.
If your torn between this and a bk2 i can say this thing will out split a bk2 any day.
For almost half the price of the esse junglas, the bk39 is a real bargain.
