Pros

This product replaces all of them and well worth the money! Always fast delivery. No problem bringing the sealed bags into the country in our checked luggage.

Menopause is tricky but when you replenish nutrients that's a plus. Ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) so it is hard to get my daily requirement of fruits and vegetables so this does it for me. Perfect meal replacement or afternoon snack.

Kachava tastes like cardboard and is very watery even when adding the two heaping scoops. Raw maca is linked to kidney & breast problems.
