Pros
This is my second try with ka/chava. This vanilla flavor is quite palatable. At just 12 g of carb per scoop this is one of the best values i've yet found in the food supplement world.
I have ibsd, so happy i can actually consume this product, with no stomach upset! Although it is a little pricey, it's well worth it. There are no obnoxious pyramid sales involved.
Cons
Customer service is very much lacking.
It tastes like pancake batter. It is chalky. Tasted like overpriced oatmeal to me.

It tastes like a protein powder so you cant really get away from that but its less chalky and more shaved chocolate like texture
