Pros
This is my second try with ka/chava. This vanilla flavor is quite palatable. At just 12 g of carb per scoop this is one of the best values i've yet found in the food supplement world.
I have ibsd, so happy i can actually consume this product, with no stomach upset! Although it is a little pricey, it's well worth it. There are no obnoxious pyramid sales involved.
Cons
Customer service is very much lacking.
It tastes like pancake batter. It is chalky. Tasted like overpriced oatmeal to me.

I love how it supports energy levels, muscle recovery, and overall wellness.
For me the flavor, excellent ingredients, fiber and protein content, and calories make ka’chava superior in my not so expert opinion lol.
I have tried moroccan chocolate and spiced vanilla flavors from goode and it just falls short of wanting to drink it on a daily basis .

I have low blood pressure but not used to sodium and it is raising my blood pressure
