This product is so good not grit, no after-taste at all. It's very refreshing and not chalky or thick. Expensive, but had healthful ingredients.

This product replaces all of them and well worth the money. You know when your seasons are crossing and didn't ask your permission or input. No problem bringing the sealed bags into the country in our checked luggage.

For treat-time shakes, we do the same crushed-ice thing, but add a little blob of ice-cream and let the blender do it's thing. Add ice cubes to ninja 32 oz blender cup.

Quality

I've been using ka'chava shakes for several months, and i'm incredibly impressed with their quality and taste.

It is so easy to make and is really filling.

I'm discontinuing use of this and all meal replacement shakes that contain folic acid.

Price

Only negative i have found is it’s pretty pricey.

Btw, you can get this from the kachava website for $20 less per bag.

Shipping

Ordering it through kachava directly i always get my order within a week.

It has been 3 weeks and my order still hasn't even been mailed to me.

Ka'chava shakes are a convenient and delicious way to get a complete meal packed with essential nutrients.

Competitiveness

I have tried many other brands but this makes me feel great when i take it .

I will give all my money directly to kachava rather than to amazon, bezos, and kachavabut like i said, kachava is bloody amazing!

I gave 5 stars purely because kachava deserves the 5 stars , not because of amazon selling kachava
