Tried emailing up kadence customer support. They ask for the invoice again and again. Returned the set and got the refund.

Unfortunately i have to return it, the amp stopped working and have no cable for charging.
All things good except amplifier charger is missing.
Guitar is nice but amp has earthing isuues(it makes buzz noises which stops when u hold the string )
