Pros

The screw organizer is awesome. The magnetic spots are awesome! Also, it has a nice grip to it. It's just very handy.

If you're new to soldering, this is perfect. Worth every penny. Not a deal breaker.

Works as advertised. Works well for small projects. Works great, saves my workbench from getting burned.

Size is excellent for working on cb and ham radios. Protection for the table. Solder is easy to roll out and not damage anything while you're doing your thing.

Cons

Tried now for weeks to work out the deformed areas caused from the mat being rolled up during shipping, with no luck. I never did get contacted back from the shipper. Very cheaply made.

My only complaint is that it is shipped rolled up in a box like a poster.
