Pros

Very well made. Nice and hefty. It looks great and is solidly made. We are really enjoying rhe upgrade.

Knowing your grinder and chosing the right filter are key. I also have no idea why people are saying that the bottom of the filter ruptures. I use a napkin instead of a coffee filter, and it works perfectly!

It does the 4:6 brew method best, straying from that will be tricky. Frees up space on my counter.

This thing is sturdy, heavy, and easy to clean.

I am trying to reduce my plastic use and this pour over coffee dripper is perfect.

Any pour-over product, any coffee-making product (short of keurig, i guess) requires technique.

The pressure from the water and grinds is not compatible with a flat seam like the melitta ones.

Price

Buying a new one was more expensive than the entire coffeemaker!

I replaced a white one which was more expensive but cracked when it hit the floor.
