Pros

The kajava mama coffee dripper works well with any mug. The large hole at the bottom allows the filter to hang out enough to squeeze it just a bit to drip evenly.

The flavor of coffee is consistently stronger, even for decaf, and the cleanup is way easier. The material is ceramic, something i personally greatly prefer over silicone or especially plastic.

We are really enjoying rhe upgrade from a really cheap one we had purchased before this. It also has a great warranty! Works as advertised.

The kajava mama works with fine and coarse ground coffee. I have an electric goose neck kettle that brings the water to the perfect temp. It does the 4:6 brew method best, straying from that will be tricky.

Cons

The grooves are not deep enough and as a result, the dripper continually clogs. Only holds maybe 4 oz of water when pouring over, not enough for an 8 oz.

The "spiral ribbed sidewalls" are poorly designed. There should be a standard for manufacturing. This thing is junk.
