Pros & Cons
Pros
I suffer from ectopic heartbeats, meaning my heart seems to skip a beat which is then followed by a hard thud" "i'm now cramp free since starting 800 mg/day. My heart has been staying in perfect rhythm and heart beat is very regulated.
Cons
Two pills only weigh about 3 grams. Even if there are no fillers, there's only 270mg magnesium in two pills. You need a tiny amount of b6 a day (<2mg), 25mg a serving is too much.
Highlights
Quality
I recently started taking the kal magnesium taurate plus supplement and i am extremely happy with the results.
Long story short, i love this product.
*please take my review as an anecdotal review of the product and not medical advice.
Price
I found the price was hood, as well, after shopping around.
Competitiveness
Always buying this stuff, either from amazon or the kal brand company.
The only trial and error, if these cause too loose stool, then try a different binder than taurate.
He suggested that i take 200 - 400 mg per day and my family doctor also agreed, but said not to take more than 400mg per day.
