The only issue is the satin finish on this uke is a little light. This tenor ukulele is just perfect for my needs. The soprano has more of the hawaiian sound when you play.

The tuner it comes with is awesome. It also tunes other instruments like guitar and violin. I am a snark tuner fan and this worked well.

The sound is great! The quality and tone are very nice. Great intonation. Other than that, awesome ukulele!

My kids call it the baby guitar. I'm used to playing acoustic guitar, and transitioning over really wasn't that difficult. The instrument is definitely worth getting for a beginner, once tuned, it sounds pretty good!

Cons

The entire intonation of the walnut one works great, while this one is out of tune across the fretboard. The saddle height is very high making playing uncomfortable. It's really an unattractive instrument that looks very little like the picture.

This particular one is also nice to look at and made our girl very happy, a surprise christmas gift arriving after new year's.

I got the ukulele setup right after unboxing - the tuner worked great.

The box was big and a little dented, but everything inside was packed beautifully and undamaged.

The teacher opened the box and immediately tuned it and began playing.
