Other than the issue with the screw heads, the rod is good.
First of all i’d like to address the overall quality of materials, design, and appearance.
Packaging/appearance
Let me add, the packaging was 5 star as well.
It came and both spindles were not secured in the packaging and had several chips.

The directions say to predrill an 18” hole which did not fit the dry wall anchors one bit

In fact i ended up breaking out my 38” drill bits in order to make it work

But buyer beware you will need to hand screw in the brackets to get them right since a drill will not fit in the tiny space you need it to

Bigger problem was it was missing the middle support hook it was a 78144 inch so needs the middle support
