Pros & Cons
Pros
All you need is a drill (if you hit a beam), and a screwdriver. They include plastic anchors that work fine with the screws.
Cons
The wrong screws were included. Using the flathead screws leaves the sharp edge exposed. The included hardware is very cheaply made. There is nothing on the drywall supports to stop them from just going 100% through the dry wall and breaking off.
