It cradles/supports the neck well and works for my styles of sleeping. It is supportive enough for a side sleeper, yet flattens out to sleep on your back without propping your head up too much.

Pretty impressive in terms of quality craftsmanship. Much better than expected. Came packaged well. It is magical.

Never have a stiff neck etc. My head sinks right in, but without loosing any neck support. The value for the price is unbeatable!

My husband is annoyingly picky with pillows. These are the perfect size. The only downside is that it does seem to hold more heat.

Cons

Really disappointed with this pillow. This somehow manages to be not enough anything.

I’m impressed with the quality and think this is a great deal for two nice down pillows.

Wow, the quality and thought that went into this fully adjustable pillow is amazing.

In short, the quality and size are excellent, but the level of stuffing has left it considerably too thick for me to sleep on it.

Their version with the green piping that i mentioned is ok, but doesn't hold plump as long and is easier to flatten.

I am not sure most stomach sleepers who like scrunchy pillows will like them.

These pillows are medium firmness, and weigh about 3lbs each.
