I know it's a budget setup, but i expected more. Poorly made setup and out 100 bucks.

The real sits too close to the rod so when you go to cast your hand knocks the bail and flips it closed. Every four or five cast the bail was flipping closed during the cast. Then, with a fish on the line the tip of the pole snaps off.

I spent a lot of time researching the best budget baitcast combo and i ended up going with this.

I think i became a fan of kastking, most of my firsting gear is from them, and now i got my first rod and reel from them.

I have it rigged up with 15lb.

I am an avid/experienced fisherman but never really fished for bass or with a baitcaster.
