Wow, this is the best reel that i have ever tried compared to my penn reels that i normally use.
The se kapstan does have a nice loud/crisp drag clicker( comparable to a penn).
The se doesn't have the fancy finish and cosmetic touches of the elite, but performance wise i can't tell the difference.

Would recommend selecting a size smaller than you think you want say buy a 2500 if you are really looking for a 3000
