Pros

Kastking megatron reel is great for freshwater and saltwater fishing. Similar in quality to daiwa bgs, but for only half the price.

The reel is super smooth and very strong. The only downfall is the tiny handle but was able to correct that by making a new eva one. Smooth as butter when reeling in.

Kastking megaton 6000. It is well built. Pero definitivamente es un bien producto como todos los kastkings.

Cons

It only has a small finger knob grip on the handle. No large knob or football shaped grip. There is salt residue buildup on the shaft.

This is the second kastking reel that has malfunctioned on me in the last year. The handle is too small for reeling anything halfway decent in. Good reel but waaayyyy overrated for the line capacity.

I have tried several value reels and have been disappointed with quality and performance.

Price

For a budget friendly reel kastking megatron really delivers.

As frequently as i lose them over the side i can't afford $200 reels and these are holding up well.

Nice price point for this size reel.

I'm staying with kastking no need to go out looking for anything else it's worth the price

While i was initially upset my reel was shipped wide open inside of an amazon box with the reel box sorta just thrown in there.

Received reel in great condition, well packaged!

I use another brand (penn) and i was worried about the quality of the reel.

The jury is still out on long-term durability, but i see nothing to indicate they won't last several years.
