Pros

Removable fingertips allow precise control of multiple * and dials while keeping my hands warm and comfortable. Nice looking gloves and very comfortable to wear. Glove fit great and feel great.

I recommend these gloves to anyone who wants a little more comfort and warmth for fishing in the colder months. They do a good job of keeping the wind off but my hands were cold but better than nothing. Helps keep warm when wet.

Exposing the fingers to manipulate my camera controls is easy and works fine. The finger slots make it super easy to tie tackle without having to get your hands cold. I've never fished with gloves prior to purchasing these.

Cons

Not numb but cold enough to call it quits for the day. As soon as you do, it wedges and squishes your fingers and cuts off circulation instantly. The glove is also not waterproof as it claimed to be.

The velcro the holds the removable finger tips snags braided line. I highly suggest the manufacturer to use better quality velcro or omit altogether.
