Amazing reel, smooth, lite weight, long casts.
Very well made design and strong enough to handle itself whether i’m targeting bass, crappie or snake heads.
The light weight of this reel and its deep spool are two of its strongest selling points, in my opinion.
I tried putting this reel on my 7 foot fenwick hmg medium action, and the reel barely fit with the seat all the way unscrewed.

I would say that this reel stands on its own in this price class.

Competitiveness
I normally use brands and reels that are much more expensive but this one is awesome!
I typically use shimano but this has definitely got me look at the kastking products and line now.
Its size and weight is similar to other brand's 2000 size.
The feet on this are substantially longer than the daiwa fuego 2500 and shimano stradic 2500 i normally fish on that rod.

As a person who really loves ultralight or super heavy fishing i just didnt have any mid sized decent quality reels for bass fishing but i did have a nice rod waiting on a reel

I have ordered a few 34off brand34 reels in the past off amazon and rarely have i got anything i would consider a reliable or useful reel considering what i already have being of relative high end quality

So i put it on the rod put a hundred feet of backing and a couple hundred feet of braid on it and hit the nearest pond

If you are looking for a very high end reel thats super smooth this isnt going to be for you
