Pros

It casts well, does not have little frays or loose fibers on the line. Bright yellow makes it easy to detect those sneaky nibbles if you watch your line. The kastking braid is phenomenal.

Love the reel. Love this braided line. Does not seem to get as wet as other braided lines. Some other brands that i have tried have me constantly wiping water off my hands, which really gets annoying when fishing in saltwater.

Cons

The dye bleeds in a bad way. It tangles on the spool more than any line i've ever used before. My shimano scorpion normally holds 150/175 yards of 17lb mono but with this braid it only holds maybe 60 yards.

The abrasion resistance is basically the same as an overcooked noodle. Won’t even use it for inshore.

Competitiveness

15lb silky 8 is so much better than 20lb in the regular super power braid.

Very impressed and will be a go to for all surf and catfishing trips moving forward.

I bought 15lb braid in both and neither would pick up a 15lb dumbbell i have (14.

I've tried diawa and reaction tackle braid and neither of them hold the weight advertised!
