Pros

Kastking is a great brand of braided line. Adds a level of skill and finesse in a lot of cases. Smooth, consistent, and strong braid for a fair price.

Strong, small in dia, and affordable. It offers exceptional value for the money.

It holds up exceptionally well against abrasions, making it perfect for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. Went right on the new reel with a mono starter. Nice line andbhopethiel’s his summer ft or muskets and pike.

Cons

The braided fishing line is no good. After hosing off all my rods for about 40 min. Almost like trying to tie a knot with sewing thread. My fin nor reel says it holds 250yds of 50lb braid.

Some things just aren't replaceable and this line isn't worth using. Very frustrating and disappointed in kastking. My opinion, its sub par.

I always try different products out to give them a chance quality-value, but this was a bust. The line thickness and strength is simply not consistent with this brand. It's very abrasive and stretches even under 1/2 rated load.

Waters around me have a lot of junk this color and this line is going to blend right in.

Every time i would reel in, the line would get stuck in barnacles on the rocks.

For the price, i'd buy more in the future when needed.
