Pros

Rods seem to be held in fairly securely. This holder makes a great use of space with its two tier design.

The 2 staggered levels help you to space out reels so they will fit in the rack. Only thing i'm not a fan of is the spool holder. I have about a dozen or so saltwater set ups and about the same for bass fishing.

The rotating base works well. The rotation feature is not silky smooth, but it is smooth enough to be functional. check out their travel telescoping spinning and casting poles.

Easy to assemble, reasonably sturdy and organizes a up to 16 fishing rods. The only tricky part is to make sure you line up the key slots when attaching the bottom and top pieces. The instructions to assemble can be followed easily.

Cons

The foam is so soft and pliable that rods will fall out if they even lean against the opening. The large plastic nut which attaches to the bottom is difficult to tighten. The plastic is glued to aluminum with a drop of glue.

This thing is an absolute pos at this price point. Make to felmale connection bottom side or female side split. Be aware-there are keyways molded into the plastic to line everything up that are not that obvious. Would not buy again.

The rod rack is pretty solid for the money.

The flaws are not too bad for the price you pay.

If you're looking for something inexpensive but good, buy it.

This rod rack is by far better than any similar (in design) offerings available.

I'd been planning to get one that's a similar style to this but made of wood, and then i happened to see this one.

I tried one of the other rotating racks, it turns and that's about it, you can't really fit all rods.
