Pros

The company donates to and supports many non-profits. I'm excited to see how well this reel holds up to the saltwater environment. Paired this reel with a kastking blackhawk ii telescoping rod for inshore / surf fishing in florida.

It casts very smoothly and has no hitches or malfunctions. The 3000 size is lightweight and casts very well.

Beautiful kastking reel, size1000. Yea, this thing is awesome. The design is amazing as well.

I definitely recommend this reel to anyone. The fit and finish seems to be a lot higher than other reels at the price point. This fits the bill.

Cons

If you want a decent cheap reel, look towards shimano, or daiwa. Once i received them, they are not a freewheeling reel. Its happening alot and it frustrates me because i never seen this in any other spinning reel.

Although supposedly carbon fiber, it felt more like a cheap plastic reel then a better quality one.
