Pros

The product is great. It dispenses well. Remove lid, fill, replace lid and place in water dish. Lucy loves it too.

Cons

When the bowl refills, it makes a loud gurgling noise. It doesn't dispense the water, it remains in the bottle. The cap on this is so cheaply made that it broke the second time of use.

This one they have not knocked off and even if they do it will stop the floor of water so there is not a mess.

No back wash into the water bottle.

For the price, i think it should include better instructions.
