The enclosure is in two split sections a lower box without ventilation and an upper independent lid which has a 2 extended lip containing ventilation that couples onto the top of lower box

The screen mesh appears to be of coated metal not plastic reptiles and tarantulas can chew thru plastic mesh

I had issues with two out of four enclosures feeding ports not functioning properly because of manufacturing defects which was injection mold flashing

Symptom was that opening the access ports door as designed would pop the door out of its hinges and it would fall into the enclosure
