Packaging/appearance
I use this item w/ my surface pro 3, and it worked right out of the package.
Competitiveness
Even with that slight issue, i recommend this product and all kdlinks products.
Finally found a usb3 hub with a gigabit lan port that works well with my chuwi tablet's usb2 port.
Not as high as i've seen with other usb3 port computers, but surprising closer than you'd think.
