These products are exactly what i needed and should have obtained much sooner. These are fabulous. Seriously the best idea ever.
Great for when you're running or sweating -- glasses stay on and in place. I do a lot of manual labor at work so i move around a lot, get sweaty/oily and it works just fine. These work very well at keeping the glasses from sliding.
These fit snugly and perfectly on my glasses frames. The size is perfect for silhouette titan rimless frames. They're adjustable by sliding them fore/aft on your earpieces.
Easy to adjust. Easy peasy. They solve the annoying problem of eyeglasses slipping down nose.

Absolutely love this product, i don’t have to push my glasses every second after using it.
So the ideal position of the keepons may not result in the ideal position of your glass lenses.
Price
The price is incredible for how well these work.
Packaging/appearance
I tried moving back the keepons but then they slant at a sharper angle which makes it uncomfortable as they dig into the ears.
Competitiveness
I bought these for a pair of raybans that slid off my face constantly!
They are adjustable so you can find the right amount of snugness and comfort.
They catch on my hair a little when i take them off, but this is a smaller model of keepons so they aren't that bad.

When i first got this product i was a little concern because the holes just look too darn small and could not fit into my glasses

There’s not a lot of flexibility in its placement though meaning that my glasses sit slightly closer to my eyes than they normally do
